These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ru999 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using this platform you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
Welcome to ru999 (referred to in these Terms as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). ru999 is an online gaming platform operating at the domain ru999.cam, offering sports betting, live casino games, slot games, virtual sports and related gaming services. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you" or "your") and the operator of ru999 in respect of your use of the Platform and all associated services.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and ru999.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
Access to and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that you meet all applicable criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, to create an Account or place any Wager on the Platform. ru999 operates a strict zero- tolerance policy toward underage gambling. We reserve the right to request identity and age verification documents at any time and to suspend any Account where age cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.
You must not access or use the Platform from any Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is not prohibited by any law applicable to you in your country or territory of residence. ru999 does not represent that the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so entirely at their own risk and must satisfy themselves as to the legality of such access under Pakistani law.
You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or trustee for any third party. You must not create an Account on behalf of another person. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own identity or using false or third-party details, is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.
To access the full functionality of the Platform, including placing Wagers and making deposits, you are required to complete the registration process and create a verified Account.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and any other details requested. You further agree to update such information promptly if it changes. ru999 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ru999 will treat any action taken using your Account credentials as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify us immediately via the support channels detailed in Section 15.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, ru999 requires Users to complete identity verification. You may be required to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued photo identification document (such as a Pakistani National Identity Card or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
Accounts are denominated in the currency selected at registration. Where PKR display is available, balances, deposit amounts and winnings will be shown in Pakistani Rupees for user convenience. The operative settlement currency remains as specified in the operator's payment terms and may be subject to conversion.
Your use of the Platform is governed by the following conditions in addition to all other provisions of these Terms.
The Platform is made available for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You may not use any part of the Platform for commercial gain, systematic exploitation, data mining, scraping or any other purpose not expressly authorised by ru999.
You may not use automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers or any other mechanical or electronic means to access, monitor or interact with the Platform. You may not attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer or tamper with any part of the Platform's software, security measures or odds-generation systems.
All Wagers are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sporting event, casino game or virtual product. These rules are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that product only. ru999 reserves the right to void any Wager where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed failure or where the integrity of the market is in question.
Winnings will be credited to your Account balance upon settlement of the relevant event or game round. Withdrawal of winnings is subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with any applicable Wagering Requirements where Bonus funds are involved. Maximum payout limits may apply and are specified within individual product or promotion terms.
ru999 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to notify Users in advance of planned outages where possible. No compensation shall be payable in respect of any period of unavailability.
Deposits may be made using payment methods available on the Platform at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your Account. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ru999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
For context, Pakistani users commonly utilise payment methods familiar to them in daily financial life, such as bank transfers via institutions like HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, or mobile wallet transfers via Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast. The availability of any specific payment method on the Platform is subject to change and does not imply endorsement of, or a formal relationship with, any named institution. Users should refer to the current cashier section for up-to-date available options.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, available Account balance, minimum withdrawal thresholds and any applicable Wagering Requirements. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. ru999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving a withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding PKR 25,000 or equivalent. Withdrawals will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible.
Where a transaction involves currency conversion, the applicable exchange rate will be determined at the time of the transaction. ru999 shall not be liable for any exchange rate variance or fees imposed by your bank or payment provider.
From time to time, ru999 may offer Bonuses to Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins and cashback promotions. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, including Wagering Requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game categories, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps.
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Wagers placed on certain game categories may not contribute, or may contribute at a reduced rate, toward fulfilling Wagering Requirements.
ru999 actively monitors for Bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, placing low-risk or hedged Wagers solely to fulfil Wagering Requirements, and colluding with other Users to exploit promotional offers. Where Bonus abuse is identified, ru999 reserves the right to void Bonus funds, cancel associated winnings and suspend the Account without prior notice.
ru999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform. It is the User's responsibility to review current promotion terms before participating.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the ru999 brand name, logo, visual design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio and data compilations, is the Intellectual Property of ru999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, sell, reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works based on any Platform content without the prior written consent of ru999.
Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit regarding the Platform may be used by ru999 without any obligation to compensate you or to maintain confidentiality in respect of such submissions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ru999, its directors, officers, employees, licensors and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
ru999 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and all content thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager on the Platform, and that ru999 bears no responsibility for any financial loss incurred through gambling activity. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your gambling activity remains within your personal financial means.
ru999 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help Users manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session-time reminders and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible via the Account settings panel.
If you believe you may have developed a problem with gambling, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools and to seek external support. You may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year or longer by contacting our support team. During a self-exclusion period your Account will be suspended and you will not be permitted to register a new Account.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closing your Account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Closing your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.
ru999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, collusive or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; a self-exclusion request; or a regulatory or legal requirement to do so. Upon termination for cause, any Bonus balances will be forfeited. Genuine real-money balances, net of any voidable winnings, will be returned to you following completion of all applicable verification and investigation procedures.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction that cannot be excluded or restricted by contract. Users in Pakistan should be aware that Pakistani courts may apply Pakistani law to disputes involving Pakistani residents, and the legal status of enforcing offshore gambling contracts under Pakistani law is uncertain.
ru999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will provide reasonable notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. The revised Terms will display an updated "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and, if you wish, close your Account in accordance with Section 12.1.
